Responsive Behaviour Detection / Abuse Detection is a commercial product. Installation is $1,500 CAD, then $15 CAD per camera per enabled feature per month. No new cameras. The community’s existing cameras provide the live feed. The client’s existing on-site server needs GPU capability.
