General questions
What is NeuraVue?
NeuraVue is an AI-powered monitoring solution for senior care. Its flagship is Responsive Behaviour Detection (RBD) / Abuse Detection, which identifies escalating resident behaviours so caregivers can respond early. Supporting capabilities include fall detection, wandering and zone alerts, and signal-for-help. Alerts support staff review, do not prove abuse, and do not replace an investigation or clinical judgment.
How does NeuraVue work?
The community’s existing cameras provide a live feed. NeuraVue analyzes that feed. When it detects something staff should see, it sends an alert by email, SMS, or mobile app.
How does NeuraVue approach privacy?
NeuraVue is designed for common areas, with on-premises edge processing, role-based access, data minimization, and no resident identification. It is meant to reduce constant human watching. NeuraVue does not claim certified legal compliance. The public privacy policy is being updated. Email contactus@neuravue.com or see the privacy page.
What is Responsive Behaviour Detection / Abuse Detection?
It identifies behaviours and interactions that may signal escalation or risk. This capability is also called abuse detection in the product name. Alerts support staff review, do not prove abuse, and do not replace an investigation or clinical judgment.
How is this different from fall detection systems?
Many systems detect events after they occur. NeuraVue leads with behaviours that may be escalating, and fall detection is a supporting capability. A fall alert is detection, not prevention.
Does NeuraVue replace caregivers?
No. It supports staff with real-time alerts. A caregiver evaluates and intervenes.
Where is it most effective?
Memory care and other shared or common areas in senior care.
What is NeuraVue pricing?
NeuraVue pricing is $1,500 CAD one-time installation plus $15 CAD per camera per enabled feature per month, often billed annually. No new cameras. The facility’s existing on-site server needs GPU capability, and that is a client prerequisite scoped separately. Enterprise pricing is available by custom quote.
Features and functionality
What types of incidents can NeuraVue detect?
NeuraVue identifies escalating behaviours (Responsive Behaviour Detection / Abuse Detection), falls, wandering and zone events, and signal-for-help events. Unsafe interactions may be flagged for staff review. A flag does not prove abuse.
Can NeuraVue monitor multiple locations?
Multi-site work is quoted with the enterprise conversation. Ask us about your locations.
What happens when an incident is detected?
NeuraVue sends an alert to designated caregivers or staff by email, SMS, or mobile app. A person decides what to do next.
Installation and integration
Do I need special cameras to use NeuraVue?
No new cameras. NeuraVue is compatible with most existing cameras and analyzes their live feed. The facility still needs GPU capability on its existing on-site server.
How long does installation take?
Timing depends on the size of the facility and the number of cameras. Contact us for a review of your building before you set a date.
Can NeuraVue integrate with our existing systems?
Ask us about the systems you use. Integration is scoped; it is not a promise that every facility system is already connected.
Pricing and plans
What pricing plans do you offer?
Pricing is $1,500 CAD one-time installation plus $15 CAD per camera per enabled feature per month (often billed annually). GPU capability on the existing server is a client prerequisite. Enterprise pricing is custom. There is no per-bed price and no retired per-location pack.

What kind of support do you offer?
Contact us about support, software updates, and staff training for your rollout. What is included is confirmed for your community.
What happens if the system flags something that staff do not consider an event?
Alerts are for staff review. They do not prove that an event occurred. NeuraVue does not publish an accuracy rate.
Is there a warranty for your services?
